Leadership
SMA senior management have a combined total of over 40 years’ experience within our training delivery sectors, specifically within the construction and building trades. The role of the leadership team at SMA and its commitment to staff is pivotal to the delivery of excellent learning opportunities across the sectors we specialise in. Curriculum & Quality Managers lead on day-to-day teaching and learning operations, and report back to the Senior Management Team.
